Party Schedule for New York ad:tech Already Filling Up
Are you ready? Are you really ready? Because here it comes. No, not Dove’s Onslaught. The ad:tech show in New York. The biggest one in the world. This year, it’s four days long, up from two and a half last year. Are you going? You should. We will be there/ If anything, you’ll get to press flesh with Angela and I from Adrants. OK, that sounded gross (or maybe not) but you get the point.
So let’s get to the important stuff first. No, not the keynotes. Not the sessions. Not the exhibitors. Oh, yes, we will talk all about them as well but right now we’re going to talk about the parties. So let’s get to it. On Monday night, November 5, the first night of the show, Datran Media will host its ad:tech party from 8PM to 11PM at Marquee NYC located at 289 10th Avenue. Also on Monday, The Money Makers Party will be held from 9PM until who knows when at Pacha located at 618 West 46th Street.
Providing even more action on Monday night., although it’s a private party, is The Oldtimers party held from 8PM to 11PM at the Soho House located at 29-5 9th Avenue. And if that isn’t enough, MediaWhiz is hosting its annual ad:tech Poker Party held from 8PM to 12PM at Strata located at 915 Broadway Street and 21st.
On Tuesday night, November 6, Eyeblaster will host its Eyeblaster Awards Show from 6PM to 9PM at the Arena Nightclub located at 135 West 41st Street between Broadway and 6th. It’s invite only. Also on Tuesday night, the beautiful Lindsay Mure (oh she wil totally kill me for saying that...even though it’s true) will host her AdFemme ad:tech Party at a time and place yet to be announced.
No doubt, there will be other companies vying for what seems to be the two primary evenings of the show leaving the third night, Wednesday, open for, well, whatever hasn’t yet been don on either Monday or Tuesday night. We’re sure you’ll think of something and we’re sure some company will provide you a venue to do that thing.
More as it rolls in. Be sure to check the party calendar in the right hand column of the ad:tech website. It will be updated as we hear of parties. If you’ve heard of one or are planning one, send the details to .
